What To Bring
Below is a guide of what to bring with you for the day event. This is not exhaustive, please use your common sense (and the weather forecast) to prepare appropriately.
- A mask for enclosed spaces
- Your own hand sanitiser (there will also be some on site)
- A camp chair if you like (there will be some seating provided)
- Cash for the bar (ATMs are available in New Street station, we will try to get the card machines to work but no guarantees!)
- Mascots
- Your SSAGO and club merch
- Badges for our swap station
- You don't need to bring cutlery, plates or drinking glasses as these will be provided for the BBQ and bar
If you're camping with us on Friday or Saturday night:
- A tent (whether this is provided by yourself or your club)
- Sleeping bag
- Roll mat
- Equipment to cook over a fire if you plan on doing this
- matches/lighter
- cooking pots/pans
- food
- plates/bowls and cutlery
- tea towel
- you may also bring a camp stove to use if you like
- Wash kit and towel
- Changes of clothes
- Torch
