What To Bring

Below is a guide of what to bring with you for the day event. This is not exhaustive, please use your common sense (and the weather forecast) to prepare appropriately. 

• A mask for enclosed spaces
• Your own hand sanitiser (there will also be some on site)
• A camp chair if you like (there will be some seating provided)
• Cash for the bar (ATMs are available in New Street station, we will try to get the card machines to work but no guarantees!)
• Mascots
• Your SSAGO and club merch
• Badges for our swap station
• You don't need to bring cutlery, plates or drinking glasses as these will be provided for the BBQ and bar

 

If you're camping with us on Friday or Saturday night:

• A tent (whether this is provided by yourself or your club)
• Sleeping bag
• Roll mat
• Equipment to cook over a fire if you plan on doing this
  • matches/lighter
  • cooking pots/pans
  • food
  • plates/bowls and cutlery
  • tea towel
  • you may also bring a camp stove to use if you like
• Wash kit and towel
• Changes of clothes
• Torch
