We have a range of accommodation and ticket types available for you. Please take a look at below to find out what each ticket offers. Please note that ticket prices for quoted for hotel or hut options are the price for the ball ticket and accommodation.
Booking Deadlines
Please be aware that booking closes on the following dates:
Hotel tickets: 18th February 2015 at 23:59.
Scout Hut and Ball Only tickets: 6th March 2015 at 23.59.
After these deadlines we cannot accept any more bookings so please ensure you sign up in time to avoid disappointment.
The Mercure Southampton Centre Dolphin Hotel

Why not add a bit of luxury to your Ball weekend and stay in The Mercure Hotel! It’s the oldest hotel in Southampton, dating back over 500 years (Jane Austen celebrated her 18th birthday here!). The hotel is in the heart of the city, about half a mile from Ocean Village and walking distance from central Southampton. All rooms have Freeview TV, an iron & ironing board for those posh frocks & suits, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.Parking is also available at the hotel at £5 per vehicle per night.

The Ibis is just 200m from Southampton Central train station and 1.3 miles from Ocean Village. Being in central Southampton, it’s served by many bus links to get you to the boat in good time! All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, a big desk, internet and a TV. Parking is also available at the hotel at £6 for 24 hours.

Ibis Budget Southampton Centre

The Ibis Budget is the perfect choice for those looking for a great deal, but still wanting to be a stone’s throw from the boat! It’s just 1.4m from Ocean Village and only 200m from Southampton Central train station. Each room has an en-suite shower, free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with freeview channels. Private outdoor parking is also available at the hotel.

29th Immaculata Scout Hut
44-50 Brickfield Road, Portswood, Southampton, SO17 3AE.
£40.00 per person.
This hut has a large hall for sleeping in, as well as other smaller rooms, a kitchen, two toilets and carpet (yes, it has carpet!) in the main hall. A donation of £5 to stay in this fine accommodation would be much appreciated. There’s space for around 20 people. It is 3 miles from Ocean Village & is close to a main road with good bus links into the city centre. By prior arrangement it is also available on the Friday night, after 21:30 – please email us to arrange this.
Ball Only
£35.00 per person.
If you just want to come to ball then this is the ticket for you. You will be able to come to all of the weekend’s festivities but will have to arrange your own accommodation.
