Camp Together is open to all youth sections of the Scouts, as well as Girlguiding & international equivalents. This means any section in the 4-25 age range can attend, i.e. Squrriels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network, Rainbows, Bronwies, Guides, Rangers & Inspire. At present, Squirrels may only attend as day visitors, however this will be reviewed by the team once HQ has had the opportunity to review the pilot camps, with a decision hopefully being available in the Autumn. The camp is very flexibile to allow you to camp for as long as you would like, but that 1 night, 2 nights, or the full 3 nights of the long weekend, as well as day visitor options (being released nearer the time).

Full costs for the various lengths are available on the main Camp Together website, with the full weekend costing £65 in the early bird phase.

At present the booking process for sections is more an Expressions of Interest, with approximate numbers being required of each section you wish to bring. For Early Bird bookings you will then recieve confirmation of your booking and an invoice for £10 per person, payable within 14 days, with the full amount payable by 31st January 2023. The amount paid will be deducted from the total amount payable for your Group on your final invoice even if numbers have changed (e.g. you provisionally booked for 20 and your final numbers are 18). For other bookings, you will recieve confirmation of your booking and an invoice for the full amount, payable within 14 days. If you use OSM, you will be asked to share participant information by 15th May 2023. If you do not use OSM, information can be provided by a spreadsheet, a template for which will be emailed to you.
