Getting Here

We will be running shuttles from Ormskirk Railway Station (OMS). Which has Merseyrail services (Northern Line) to/from Liverpool Central, as well as Northern Trains to/from Preston.

Shuttles from Ormskirk station to site will run approximately every 30 minutes. Pickup will be from the front of the station.

Via Liverpool

Arriving at Liverpool Lime Street you will need to walk (takes approximately 5 mins) or take the Wirral Line (from Lime Street Underground, costs £2.25 one way) to Liverpool Central.

From Liverpool Central take the northern line to Ormskirk.

Be aware that the last train to Ormskirk departs Liverpool Central at 11.57pm. If you are going to arrive in Liverpool after this, please let Logistics know as soon as possible.

Via Preston

At Preston Station, take a Northern Train to Ormskirk.

Be aware that the last train to Ormskirk departs Preston at 10.35pm. If you are going to arrive at Preston after this, please let Logistics know as soon as possible.

Note: There is no train service between Ormskirk and Preston on Sundays.

Megabus, National Express, and Flixbus all have coaches to Liverpool ONE Bus Station, from there it's about a 10 minute walk up to Liverpool Central, where you can get the train to Ormskirk to join a shuttle to site.

From M6

Exit M6 at Junction 27, head west along A5209 Crow Orchard Road for 5 miles. Turn left onto Lowry Hill Lane, continue until you reach the first car park.

Alternatively, at M6 junction 26 take the M58 westbound. Exit at junction 3, and take B5240 north to roundabout with A5209. Turn right and continue east along A5209 for 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Lowry Hill Lane, continue until you reach the first car park.

It is strongly advised not to turn right when exiting the site.

From Liverpool

Use either A59 or M58 and B5240 to get to A5209. From A5209/ B5240 roundabout continue east along A5209 for 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Lowry Hill Lane, continue until you reach the first car park.

WARNING!

There are a few - quite steep - speed bumps on the road onto site (Lowry Hill Lane) . Please be sure to drive extra slow on this road (seriously - the speed bumps broke the suspension on our van)!
