Booking

In a break from the normal rally setup, Witan in a Weekend will feature both Morning and Afternoon Activities, selected by you!

During booking you will be asked to choose your Top 5 Activities, from our extensive list. In January we will use these selections to allocate you a morning and afternoon activity.

As a side-effect of this selection system, Mixed Activity Groups will be formed, allowing you to meet a whole plethora of SSAGO-ers you might not normally talk to.

Paying

Payment for Rally will be taken in two stages; the first will be taken when you complete your booking, like normal.

Once the activity selections are released in January, we will ask for a second payment if one is required, which will cover the cost of your chosen activities. When choosing your top 5 activities make sure to look at the prices!

Travelling

Travel on the Saturday will be by Tube, and so you will need some way of paying for this. Contactless cards or Apple Pay are the easiest method, and so we've reduced the rally fee to £20.50, under the assumption you'll be using your own card.

If you do not have a contactless card, or do not wish to use it, we are able to get an Oyster Card for you, which will cover the cost of your Saturday travel. These are available until 12th January at the bargin price of £6.50 (plus a £5.00 deposit, which will be refunded when the card is returned to us) - please select this option when you book!
