Was there a deadline for ordering the t-shirts? There seemed to be loads left but now they aren't visible in the shop.
It was end of early bird bookings. Sorry for not being more clear on this.
Will there be a marquee or something similar for communal seating at the event?
There will be one yes and lots of buildings on site :)
Will there be the option of a shuttle to a railway station on Sunday morning?
Yes, we can provide this. It will be after the Brownsea Island minibuses have returned from dropping people in Poole
Hi, I unfortunately cannot make it to ReBar (I am very sad about this!) but I would like to purchase an item of merch (specifically the "Is everybody happy?" t-shirt in size S). Would it be possible for someone else to order it for me and then I can pay them by bank transfer and collect it for example at Kander100 as I know many Southampton people are also attending it? Thank you.

What is the fancy dress theme for Saturday evening?

I have a national trust membership, therefor wouldn't have to pay for entrance to the island, is there an option for this as I would rather not pay pay an additional £10?
National SSAGO have National Trust membership, the cost for the activity includes transport to Poole and Ferry costs

If Ive booked indoor accommodation, will that also be available on Sunday night?

Is the wicking t-shirt / fleece personalised ?
We aren't offering this as standard, due to not wanting to overwhelm our supplier. You're more than welcome to message us if you'd like your name adding.
When will the menu be able to be seen ?
Hopefully by the end of the early bird booking period (21st May). If this isn't possible, we will hold early bird bookings open until 24 hours after we announce the menu. We apologise for this; our caterer is external to the committee.
Been as no one on the rebar committee are going to ball will we still receive our merch there if we put this as an option in the fundraising shop?
Unfortunately not. If you email us, we can organise posting it as an alternative. Many apologies.
What are the dates of rally? I can't see it advertised anywhere on the website.
ReBaR will be 23-26 June 2023 (the extra night is optional, but it would be great to have you there!)
Will there be hi vis merch?
We will hopefully be selling ReBaR branded hi vis vests, along with a hi vis inspired event necker!
