Virtual Witan doesn't just consist of the evening activities on our schedule. There's still lots you can do to take part during the day!
Gadaffy Plate Challenges
Seeing as the Gadaffy Plate originates from Witan in 1984 in Italy, we thought that we'd bring the challenge to you virtually.
Look forward to participating in and watching daily Gadaffy Plate Challenges unfold, via the discord Gadaffy Plate channel.
Get thinking of what challenge you'd do and take part across the week!
Online Badge Swapping
Staying at KISC provides a great opportunity to swap badges with other Scouts and Guides from across the world, so we thought that we would bring this to you from the comfort of your own home.
If you've got any badges you'd like to swap post a photo of them in the discord channel and arrange to send them in the post.
If your lucky enough perhaps some of our international students will have some interesting badges that they are willing to swap for the ultimate international themed activity.
Virtual Camp Out
Virtual Witan provides another excuse to either camp out in your back garden or make a den in your room!
We are encouraging everyone to join in on the evening of Saturday 11th July but feel free to 'virtually camp out' all week if you like! Let's see if we can get more SSAGOers virtually camping than any other rally before!
Share your photos of your den/tent via the 'camp out' channel in discord.
This activity also counts towards the Virtual Witan Challenge badge.
Swiss Cooking & Baking
The Witan Team will be bringing some Swiss culture to you via some 'how-to' cooking and baking videos across the week!
Join in either by watching the 'how-to' video live on Facebook or catching up later and sharing your photos on discord, via the cooking and baking channel.
Trying out one of the recipes also counts towards the Virtual Witan Challenge badge, so why not give it a go!

Virtual tours of Museums and the Swiss Parliament
If your looking for an educational Witan experience, then why not visit some of the sites of the surrounding cities to Kandersteg virtually.
Throughout the week you can explore the Swiss Parliment in Bern or join a virtual tour of the Museum of Communication in Bern on Wednesdays at 12:30 (CEST).
