Travelling to Rally

By Car or Minibus

Please note that your sat nav may give you directions that are not appropriate for larger vehicles, including minibuses. Please follow the directions below. You will also find the map at the bottom of this page useful.

The site is approximately 20 minutes from junction 28 of the M4.

At the roundabout joining the A467 from the north and south, and the A472 from the west, take the exit signposted for the railway station and car park, onto Bridge Street.

Pass the railway station entrance and the Goldmine pub, go under the railway bridge and bear left.

Immediately after the left-hand turn, and in front of The Co-Operative, take the sharp, right hand turn and double back.

At Newbridge Labour Club, turn left and follow the road up the hill, crossing all intersecting roads. The site is on the right hand side.

Please be aware that there may also be pedestrians using this route!

By Train

A regular service operates from Cardiff Central to Ebbw Vale Town, calling at Newbridge Station, which is approximately 20 minutes' walk from the site. The journey from Cardiff to Newbridge takes approximately 40 minutes. The last service on Friday 20th leaves Cardiff Central at 2305 and arrives at Newbridge at 2345. On Sunday 22nd, a replacement bus service will operate, running every two hours from Newbridge Station to Cardiff Central. You will find the map at the bottom of this page useful.
 
From Newbridge station, cross the road in front of the Co-Operative and take the short, inclined road, parallel to the main road, up to Newbridge Labour Club.

Turn left and follow the road up the hill, crossing all intersecting roads. The site is on the right hand side.

By Coach

Many major coach companies across the UK have routes to Cardiff City Centre. Cardiff bus and coach station is adjacent to Cardiff Central Railway Station, from which you can catch a train to Newbridge.
