Welcome to the Yule Ball! Hosted by SAGUWE in Bristol, at the beautiful Bristol Hotel, this year's ball is set to be truly spellbinding! Bring your best dress robes as well as your Christmas cheer for a night of all the usual ball entertainment with a Harry Potter twist. We can't quite manage magic frost and enchanted ceilings, but we'll make do with the best Muggle decorations we can muster.
Your ticket will include welcome drinks, a three-course dinner and disco, with a photographer to capture every magical moment. There will also be a cash bar open throughout the evening.

If your are coming and you aren't a paid member of a club please https://www.ssago.org/clubs/join/34 , and for everyone there is an option as part of the booking system to put a request of who to sit next to.
There are plenty of options for accommodation provided, from Scout huts to hostels to four-star hotels, so every budget should find something. For those of you who wish to make a weekend of it, we have activities ranging from pub crawls to city-wide-games, but if none of them take your fancy, we've provided a handy map of everything there is to do in Bristol!
Stretch Goals
160 People = Jugs of soft drinks on tables
180 People = Three bottles of wine & 1 jug of soft drink (per table of 10)
250 People = Four bottles of wine (per table of 12)
300 People = Venue max
