How Siop Rali Works

This is our first time operating a web store, so the below operation is what we've devised to get things running smoothly. Things may change over the months between this shop's launch and Rali Cymru, as we figure out what works and how to make it run smoother!

Minimum Quantity Orders

• For any item that has 📦 displayed in its name, we are required to order a minimum quantity of that product.
• We can't keep spending SSAGO's money footing setup fees for merch. Therefore, 📦 items that do not meet minimum quantities may be refunded - we will let you know if this is happening!
• Certain 📦 products may take a while to hit the minimum order and therefore may take additional shipping cycles to be delivered - we will be emailing you with updates!

Payment

• As for all SSAGO events, payment will be by bank transfer unless special arrangements are required.
• Payment is required by the end of the calendar month in which you place the booking, unless special arrangements are required. Reminders will be sent out prior to payment deadlines, and if you fail to reply your order may be cancelled.

Postage

• There are three fulfilment options: Postage, Collection and Premium Hand Delivery.
  • Postage - there is a flat £3 fee for all deliveries;
  • Collection - for free, you can collect your merch from Rally of Games, Rali Cymru or the SUGS house in Swansea;
  • Premium Hand Delivery - for a mere £300, you can have the honour and luxury of the Rali Committee delivering your order to your door. Complimentary mint included.
• All orders go through fufilment cycles each month. Orders placed by the end of a month should be created the next month, and shipped by the month after. A visual representation is below:
