Welcome to SSAGO's second Archive Team weekend!
At the last weekend, we worked on the beginnings of what will be the SSAGO online archives, where everyone and anyone can browse through our collection. The collection is a mixture of minutes, published materials, magazines, photos and badges but it's not avaliable to freely browse, so we want to make the collection acessible for all. Whether you want to research into your club history, see what members did in the past or just generally browse, this will be the home for all SSAGO gems.
The exec have granted an alloance from the development fund to help pay towards travel costs, if this is something you would be interested in please contact the exec at committee@ssago.org
Following from the success of the first archive weekend back in September 2019 we're meeting up again!
For the second weekend we'll be moving into the next phase of the repository project this will be:

Deciding how the interface will feel and what it will look like

Reading through materials and adding metadata

Selecting materials for the repostiory
-
Digitising and formating documents ready for cataloguing
